KHL Game Day Preview | September 14, 2022

CSKA, SKA, and Dynamo Moscow all hitting the ice tonight!

The KHL matchday starts on the Urals, when Avtomobilist hosts Spartak. Both teams had a very good start and won their latest match – plenty of emotions are to be expected in Yekaterinburg. The showdown between Severstal and Dinamo Minsk promises to be no less exciting, considering the offensive style of both sides and their recent performance.

Then, CSKA hosts Vityaz, who just suffered from its first defeat of the season, after Dynamo Moscow’s shutout victory on Monday. The Blue-and-Whites will be hosting HC Sochi in Moscow.

In Yaroslavl, Lokomotiv welcomes SKA. The Motormen are struggling so far, and SKA will have to lose sooner or later. Maybe Lokomotiv may be the right team for settling this task.

Another potentially high-scoring match is the one between Ak Bars and Torpedo. Igor Larionov’s men are one of the season’s surprises, while the Kazan stacked roster is starting clicking after a rough start.
