Canucks Top pick in the 2023 NHL Draft Tom Willander will attend Boston University in the United States, making it very easy for the Canucks and the Canucks fan base to follow his season in North America.

Vancouver drafted him 11th overall and seemed very happy he was available.

“This was the guy we wanted.” Canucks General Manager Patrik Allvin commented on the Canucks first-round selection, Tom Willander after drafting him.

The video scouting report on Willander gives Canucks management and fans reason to be optimistic about their top choice in the 2023 draft.

The Vancouver Canucks 2023.24 pre-season schedule:

  • There are 6 games in total, two each against the Calgary Flames, Edmonton Oilers, and Seattle Kraken, beginning on Sunday, September 24 in Calgary and finishing October 6 against the Flames.
  • The Canucks will play one home game and one away game against each team, with the first three games taking place on the road, and the final three games played at home.
