Pre-game
Leon Draisaitl (11-4—15 in 7 GP) matched a franchise playoff record with four goals in Game 1 and leads the League with 11 overall this postseason. He can become the second player in NHL history to score 12 or more through his first eight games in a single postseason, following Newsy Lalonde with the Canadiens in 1919 (15-2—17 in 8 GP).

Leon Draisaitl (7-2—9 in 4 GP) can become the second player in Stanley Cup Playoffs history to score eight or more goals through his first five road games in a postseason, joining Frederick “Cyclone” Taylor with the Vancouver Millionaires in 1918 (9-0—9 in 5 GP). The Millionaires were the road team in each contest during the 1918 Stanley Cup Final.

* Leon Draisaitl can become the fifth player in NHL history to score five consecutive team goals in a postseason, joining Joffrey Lupul (5 in 2006), Ray Ferraro (5 in 1993), Reggie Leach (5 in 1976) and Maurice Richard (5 in 1944). Draisaitl’s streak of four straight Oilers goals is tied with Wayne Gretzky (4 in 1983) for the longest in franchise history.

* Jack Eichel (4-3—7 in 6 GP) has seven points through the first six playoff contests of his NHL career, including a 1-1—2 showing in Game 1 of the Second Round. Three players in League history who made their postseason debut after appearing in 400+ regular-season games reached 10 career playoff points in 10 contests or fewer: Taylor Hall (3-7—10 in 8 GP), Marc Savard (3-7—10 in 9 GP) and Ted Green (3-7—10 in 9 GP).

* Laurent Brossoit is 5-0 in his last five appearances dating to Game 2 of the First Round. Brossoit can become the first goaltender in Stanley Cup Playoffs history with a six-game winning streak after appearing in 15 or fewer contests during the regular season – his current run is tied with Semyon Varlamov (5-0 in 2009) for the lengthiest among NHL netminders who meet those criteria.

* Stone assisted on Chandler Stephenson‘s winning goal as Vegas improved to 5-0 in its past five contests dating to Game 2 of the First Round; the Golden Knights can equal their longest playoff winning streak in franchise history, a mark set in 2020 en route to reaching the Conference Finals (6-0). Laurent Brossoit has earned each decision during Vegas’ run and can become the first Golden Knights goaltender with a six-game winning streak in the postseason.

* Draisaitl (11-4—15 in 7 GP) can become the second player in Stanley Cup Playoffs history to score 12 or more goals through his first eight games of a postseason, following Newsy Lalonde with the Canadiens in 1919 (15-2—17 in 8 GP). Draisaitl (7-2—9 in 4 GP) can become the second to score eight or more through his first five road games, joining Frederick “Cyclone” Taylor with the Vancouver Millionaires in 1918 (9-0—9 in 5 GP).
