Vancouver Canuck Elias Pettersson continues to be tied for 7th place in the NHL after the completion of Thursday games on February 23rd.

Pettersson had a career high 10 shots on net against the St. Louis Blues last night and scored the winning goal in exciting fashion in overtime for a 3-2 Canucks win. The goal, along with two assists gave him a 3-point night.

He has 28 goals and 47 assists and is a plus+9 in 56 games played this season. In his last 10 games he has 19 points (9G-10A=19PTS).

Andrei Kuzmenko scored the game-tying goal with 29 seconds remaining in regulation to help Vancouver erase a multi-goal, third-period deficit to force overtime and set the stage for Elias Pettersson’s coast-to-coast winner.

The Canucks rallied from a multi-goal deficit to win for the seventh time in 2022-23, tied for the second-most in franchise history behind only 2009-10 (8)
