Vancouver, B.C. – Vancouver Canucks General Manager Patrik Allvin announced today that the Canucks have reduced their pre-season roster by six players. Vancouver’s current pre-season roster now consists of 42 players.
The following players have been released from their professional tryout contracts and will be joining the Abbotsford Canucks (AHL):
- Vincent Arseneau
- Marc Gatcomb
- Chase Wouters
- Matt Alfaro
The following player has been released from his amateur tryout contract and will be joining the Abbotsford Canucks (AHL):
- Michael Regush
The following player has been assigned to the Abbotsford Canucks (AHL):
- Jett Woo
On Sunday, October 2, the Canucks also made the following roster moves:
- Alex Kannok-Leipert released from PTO, joining Abbotsford (AHL)
- Quinn Schmiemann released from ATO, joining Abbotsford (AHL)
- Carson Focht assigned to Abbotsford (AHL)
