Anze Kopitar recorded a point on each of the Kings four goals in Game 1. The only players to factor on each of his team’s first five goals to start a postseason over the past 20 years are Miro Heiskanen (5 in 2020 w/ DAL) and Patrik Elias (6 in 2006 with NJD).

Leon Draisaitl scored two goals on Monday night and can join Nathan MacKinnon (2 GP in 2021) and J-P Dumont (2 GP in 2007) as the only players in the past 20 years to score multiple goals in each of his team’s first two playoff games.
