The 22-year-old tied his NHL career high with eight goals and set his bests with 60 assists and 68 points in 76 games last season. His 31 power-play assists were sixth in the NHL, and he led Vancouver in average ice time per game (25:15). He has had at least 41 points in each of his three full NHL seasons and was runner-up for the Calder Trophy as NHL rookie of the year in 2020.
