Team Canada and Team USA play Friday with neighborhood pride on the line in the first pretournament game prior to the start of the World Cup of Hockey 2016 at Air Canada Centre in Toronto on Sept. 17. The teams will play again at Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa on Saturday (7 p.m. ET, ESPN3, SN, TVA Sports).
