As part of the deal, SKA will receive the sports rights to the forward of the NHL Pittsburgh club Kasperi Kapanen , who was drafted to the KHL by Barys in 2013.
Vey, 30, played 78 matches for SKA, in which he scored 11 goals and gave 30 assists.
